Steak availability: 300-880 grams per piece, minced meat is available in vacuum packages of 500 grams. Please place all orders by 11:00 AM untill Thursdays. Delivery in the territory of Riga is every Friday from 12:00 PM.
Product range
Currently we offer Charolais and Limousin beef, but in the near future our product range will be supplemented with Wagyu beef. The meat is matured as necessary for a period of 4 weeks and longer, depending on fat thickness and layers. Beef is matured according to the dry-aged method in the temperature of 3-4 degrees and it is kept in specially designed chambers.
